Pat Jacobs, Owner

As owner of P. Jacobs Custom Carpentry and Remodeling, Pat is responsible for the overall strategy and direction of our teams efforts. Pat has been in the construction realm for over 25 years, working for some of the most prestigious firms on the Cape. Over the past 16 years, he has assembled an impressive team of professionals committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Pat's range of expertise runs the construction gambit, from new homes, additions, remodeling projects and kitchen/baths, always providing the highest level of craftmanship and design techniques to ensure a successful outcome.
Pat grew up in Yarmouthport, where he now resides with his wife Colleen, his 3 children, and dog Murphy.

Jack Moynihan, General Manager

Jack joined Team Jacobs this year after a long career in Boston. Jack is responsible for the day-to-day execution of efforts, working closely with members of the team, sub-contractors, town officials, and individual clients.
Jack resides permanently in South Yarmouth with his wife Erin and dog Stanley, and has two grown children, Maeve and Jake.
